Phil Trask, President and founder of PC Trask and Associates, enjoys combining policy, science, and social needs into environmental solutions almost as much as he likes chasing steelhead with a spey rod. With more than 20 years of experience in planning and managing projects paired with a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies from The Evergreen State College, Phil thrives in federal, state, and local efforts to make a difference for people and the environment. Some of Phil’s current clients include Bonneville Power Administration, the Army Corps of Engineers, and NOAA Fisheries. Phil is an ardent fisher and pursues this love around the globe. He also enjoys scuba diving, hiking, and kayaking with his wife Lynn and daughter Valerie.
